Penn State Flower Trials Names Two Varieties From Ball FloraPlant

We’re happy to announce that Angelonia AngelFlare™ Black from Ball FloraPlant was recently named a top performer at the Penn State Flower Trials. The trials were reported from June 1 through July 30, and located at the Southeast Agricultural Research & Extension Center (SEAREC).

Mandevilla Tropica™ Unico Fuchsia was also a stand-out performer and had flowering abundance that worked extremely well throughout the trials. According to the judges, Tropica Unico Fuchsia had been described as “covered in flowers and has multiple new buds.” All the varieties were trialed through hot, sunny, dry and humid weather that had windy conditions mixed in during the Penn State Flower Trials.
